TWIA National Celebrant of the Year!

We did a thing!

Only went and won The TWIA National Celebrant of the Year in London last week!

TWIA is the regional and national client-voted awards in the UK wedding industry. It was established in 2011 to recognise and reward excellence in the UK wedding industry and to help anyone organising a wedding find the best suppliers.

As the ‘Oscars’ of the wedding industry, receiving this award is hugely humbling! Voted on by the couples we have supported in the past year, it’s really the people’s choice.

I am genuinely shocked! I thought I had no chance of winning.

I love our celebrant community in the UK. I love supporting and championing fellow celebrants and to get this award in a category of very strong fabulous celebrants is humbling to say the least. Every one of them is worthy of this accolade too.

A huge thanks to my fellow cele’s for supporting me-especially Hazel the Rainbow Celebrant and Jennifer Constant from The Academy of Modern Celebrancy where I’m a Celebrant Mentor.

And thank you to every couple who put their faith in me and voted.

I couldn’t be a celebrant without the support of my husband, Matt, who has cheered me on every step of the way and put up with my wedding banter far too much!! He’s a gem!
